  I'm a first time buyer of auto insurance. Layne Fulk at Star is eager to help and has been so kind through the process. I had a lot of questions coming in, and I feel like I have a much better understanding of auto insurance from talking to Layne. I'm excited that I can directly talk to Layne/Star full-well knowing Layne and his team are going to find an answer. At the same time, I have the flexibility of using my policy provider's app and customer service line.

  My husband and I could not be more pleased with the professional and personalized treatment we received recently. Our new agent is Layne Fulk. He reminds us of how business between people used to be conducted, fair, honest, and face to face. He visited our home twice and made sure all was in order before we signed our insurance paperwork. He works closely with Lyn Haskins, who also is more than accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. They are also very adept at email communication, and promptly return phone calls as well. We intend on "spreading the word".
