      Every time that I have visited this branch, I've been welcomed and served in the friendliest manner by the tellers. When being offered products, I have never felt pushed into anything, we looked into refinancing our home with 3Rivers, and we were surprised when the Mortgage person we spoke with had enough integrity to tell us that what we currently had was in our best interest! Did have a couple of errors on a loan account, but when I brought it to their attention, they were very quick to apologize and get it corrected for me. Overall I am very happy with the service I have been given by this institution!

      I can't speak highly enough about 3Rivers. I started with them when I needed a car loan, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Now I live in Florida and still exclusively bank through them. Even living far away has been seamless, from when I purchased a new car and took out another loan, to any time I require service for my card. The team there is awesome, extremely easy to work with and quick. Seriously, I wish all businesses took notes from 3Rivers.

      I am not from Indiana. I live in Tennessee. Am staying at my mother-in-law's apartment in Knox while she is in critical care in Fort Wayne (2 hours from there). Driving back and forth everyday and now have to pay to do laundry. Stopped to get a roll of quarters for $10. The teller qas nice enough but because I am not a member, they wouldn't do it. I'm exchanging money for money. What difference does it make? God bless Star Bank, down the road. They did it with no problem!!

      I switched from Flagstar bank. Amy Centers assisted me in opening my new account with 3rivers. Amy was TOTALLY awesome and did an outstanding job! She made it quick.easy and convenient.
