  Star Auto has become my go to place for vehicle service needs. They have helped me with oil changes, radiator replacements, alignments, new tires, lifts, shock and springs, brakes you name it. Good people with fair pricing. Highly recommended.

  I was looking specifically for a Toyota Camry, and had been to other dealerships and just got a bad vibe at those places. Star Auto sales was different. I researched their reviews on the internet and knew a couple people who purchased their cars there and got them serviced there as well. From start to finish, I had a great experience! I worked with Steve Zanetto, Gary, and Janine. They were all very friendly and genuine. I bought a used 2011 Camry Hybrid, which I love! The only thing I needed was an extra key for the keyless entry/ignition, which they didn't have at delivery. I wanted to see if they followed through, and they did not disappoint. Four days later, I have my new key. The car is beautiful, and I would highly recommend Star Auto Sales to anyone who asks. It's hard to find a good, honest dealership that puts the customer before the sale.

  Nobody likes dealing with car dealers... Until you go here! No vultures at star auto. First class vehicles and a first class staff. I fell in love with a Honda CRV but thought I'd never get a loan. They got me a loan and i got my car. With my bad credit i have a high interest rate (my fault and knew it was inevitable). Gary the credit manager took the time to give me financial advice to get a lower rate later. Liza makes you feel like you've known her forever and i never felt pressured. It was almost uncomfortable how comfortable she and gary made my experience feel. I guess if i had to complain about something id say they could've given the car to me for free but... Ive driven my car for 2 months and still cant believe its mine and how easy it was to get it! Thank you Star Auto!!!

  Its been a week since I purchased my car. I was a nervous wreck, when I arrived at star auto. Liza calmed me down and test drove the car with me. She also let me know that her team will work hard to get me in the car of my choice. I'm still on cloud 9 when I walk out to my new car.   I bought a car from them about a week and a half ago and I must say one of the best experiences I have had thus far looking for a car. When I got there someone attended me right away and was very polite and professional I love the fact that they let you test drive the car without them going with you so that you can really feel the car and check it out to your nature without feeling pressured. And when I came back from the test drive I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything everything was on my terms which I love I feel like when you go to car dealerships they always try to pressure you to leave with something but I didn’t feel that way overall great experience and not to mention my car is doing great thanks again guys And a special thanks to Liza for all your help you’re awesome

  I just completed a purchase for a low-mileage, off lease vehicle. I shopped around a LOT (including a day trip to Long Island). Although priced slightly higher than many competitors, the following factors lead to my purchase: 1 Accurate, knowledgeable answers.2 - No funny fees, pricing upfront. 3 -It was the cleanest vehicle I saw, their valet is impeccable. 4 A proper test drive. Lastly, Solid followup from Liza Gonzalez, and once again, a pleasant car buying experience.
