  He was nice enough , let me pawn my item but didn't ever send me a reminder notice, bill, nothing and sold it. It was my first time going to this pawn, I completely forgot about it.He could have extended me the courtesy of a " hey im going to sell ur item if u can't get in here to make a payment". Y wouldn't he do that ? that's the question . So I habe to make an assumption instead, I assume he doesn't care much about his customers. Thats so not cool. I don't like doing this, and in the end its my fault, but I'd prefer a trusting relationship between me and my pawn.

  I bought an item on eBay and it didn't work. I messaged Steve and told him about the problem and that we needed a few days to try this google fix we had read about. Steve said he would refund my money in full just to let him know. It was a super simple fix and everything now works great. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

  Silas Deane pawn shop is incredibly awesome!!Love stopping in to look for treasures!!Have been happy with the incredible deals I’ve found; I don’t even have to worry about post purchase dissonance, since one time I bought a ring that ended up not being the right size and I changed my mind and the took it back—no problems and they even made me feel like I didn’t have to feel bad about it.   Bought an item from their eBay storefront and had a great experience. Item was in great condition, packaged well, and shipped promptly. Would definitely do business again.

  Passed by here today after stopping by to get some food and seen they had bikes out so I knocked and let the guy know I wanted to buy a bike for my son. So long story short I bought and took it to my son whom then rode the bike and found it to have a flat tire , we ended up going back to the pawn shop and let the guy know that the bike had a flat tire he then said I can give you a refund but then I told him I just wanted to get another bike because my son really wanted one so then he had my son test out another bike which was a little smaller because my son is tall ,a when I told him I would take that bike I sent my son to get my wallet to pay the difference and the guy just said no it's okay just take it (it was like $20 difference )he said because I sold you a defaulted bike and I made you come all the way back here so just take it. I was really surprised and I definitely would recommend them

  I had a BLAST!! I went just to play like PAWN SHOWS on TV but the experience there is like no other! I brought in some things i had in car and they were so professional!!

  They are willing to make you an offer on just about anything you bring to them. It's not always a good offer, but they are pretty upfront and honest about it. Wide assortment of decent merchandise if you are looking to buy. I have always found the people there to be friendly.

  These guys are awesome and I enjoy doing business with them. People complain about them looking for the lowest price on ebay, so what if they do. Why would they buy an item for $100 that is selling for $50.00? They would lose out big time, Pawn Shops is fast cash not get rich fast. Stores mark items so high, like pet smart they are charging $150.00 for a remote trainer. EBay is selling them brand new for 17.00, then people get mad at pawn shop owners. It not their fault we but items with a 500% marked up price. This place is GREAT and extremely fair. People need to stop leaving bad reviews if they are too stupid to understand this process. Keep up the good work, your doing a fantastic job :-) Naraeia H
