  We came here on 22nd July 2022 to open an account for student. The staffs were nice and helpful. Even the system was down during our online registration process, they helped us by assisting in paperworks instead.

  Don’t come here for home mortgage. They took all of my info, did a hard credit pull, told me everything checked out, then the loan officer dropped my case to work with someone else without telling me. I couldn’t get a reply through email or phone. This is a big red flag for home buyers.

  Very nice office with awesome, professional front desk people! This is the place where you expect high quality service comparing to a few banks I visited. SFCU provides awesome loaning service and rapid response. It's faster than most of the banks on the market and offers better person to person help. After a few comparisons I decided to go with SFCU. And it did not let me down. Recommend the loan expert Steven Finn and his assistant Lisa Luo. Steven can help you with his rich experience on loaning and kind advice on all the financial issues! They helped me got the lowest loan rate with fastest approval. Big thanks to Steven!

  This was my first visit here. I applied for an account online and was told by Nino through email to go into the bank to get me debit card. I came and requested one and was told by a teller I couldn’t get one. I then said what’s the point of having an account if I can’t have a card to make deposits and withdrawal. Then another teller named Angelica rudely commented “well we are a small credit union’ First of all no one was looking at her or talking to her and she said it very rudely and sassy, basically telling me oh well. Another customer next to me also asked what her name was because she was rude to her as well. This made me question if I wanted to continue having an account there. The only reason I gave two stars was because the teller helping me was very professional and was trying to help me out and was able to get me a debit card.

  Very courteous and professional staff. Very competitive rates. Elsa from auto loans was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  Sometimes they just don't reply and completely ignore your request. I feel it is a waste of time keep checking for their replies so I went to another CU who always answers my question within one hour, with no such "Incident".

  I just started with them and they are sooo much better than the big bank I was with before. Better service, better auto loan rates, easy to work with. Glad I switched over to SFCU!

  Very good and fast service. Had been there to get a cashier's cheque and a new debit card, it didn't take more than 15 mins and everything was done at the front desk itself.
