Yanely Juarez1Kevin was very rude. Didn’t greet me. He had me waiting because he was laughing having a conversation with the other teller then he attended to me. Don’t recommend this location. Just shut it down. It’s always a bad experience when I’m here.
Response from the ownerThank you for the review, Yanely. A Director has reached out to you to discuss your experiences with us.

fiona strange5Veronica was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a notary.

Erik Larsen3Ivw been a member for a couple decades. The rates are good but customer service is not very good especially if you're talking to someone over the phone. Online banking is problematic. I tried to log on the online banking and was locked out again. I used the same id and password that ive always used and nothing but problems. Then I call in to get a new password and I get more problems with young inexperienced people who don't know what they're doing. It all can be very frustrating.
Response from the ownerThank you for your membership, Erik, and we appreciate your patience as our staff is always vigilant about confirming a caller’s identity before providing access to Online or Mobile Banking. We understand it can be frustrating, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Morteza GT3Been here a few times, haven’t really had a good experience yet. The lobby is above average. Customer service is below expectations. First time: scheduled an appointment in advance with their notary. Showed up and was told the notary was out that day. No notice, nothing. Manager tried to make it right by offering to reimburse me the notary fee from the FedEx location down the road. The “reimbursement” was a credit to my account, not cash. Second time: Depositing a Canadian check made out to me in US Dollars. Was handed a form and asked to sign with 0 explanation. Read through it and noticed the form would allow them to charge ~15% the value of the check + additional fees. No explanation before handing it over; they assumed I wouldn’t read it. Called my other bank in the parking lot, they told me since the check was made out in US Dollars, no fee. Left this place in a hurry. None great experiences.

Mark P5Martha was excellent! She stayed a full hour after closing to help us open an account, even though we came shortly before closing. Even helped us with an auto loan. Great service! Several others had to stay late because of us too, but they didn't complain. We really appreciate this. Thanks!

Pu Zhang2Their online calling system is a joke. I was directed to call them to reset my password. The first agent who picked up my call insisted on getting my safe word, which I did not set up before because I never logged into the system. The second agent mentioned this again and she is unsure when a user would be prompted to do so either. I gave them a two star instead of just one because they at least have 24/7 call, but that's it.

Alberto Campos5I’m writing to recognize and appreciate a Member Service agent, for privacy I’ll call her the agent, who helped me after a gym in San Francisco forged my signature and tried to extract money from my account on a regular basis. The agent was very quick to identify that I was a victim of fraud and identify theft. I never thought that would happened to me. So, I didn’t take it seriously initially. After I started seeing money coming out of my account that’s when reality hit me. But the agent had already prepared me and helped me recover my money and document everything for the police and the court. Her help was essential in protecting me from that crime. Thanks for all your help!!!

juan sosaya2Very disappointing policy this location has of not accepting lose coin deposit. As a small business owner with stanford credit union business account i need to deposit my daily cash transactions which include coins; however at this location i was told no lose coins can be deposit. This policy is very un convenience for small business. Looking to move my business to a bank instead of a credit union.

Lalal Lala1I came in february 11th at 9:05 am and this guy name josue, was very rude. Every time i come in here I get treated with respect and all of a sudden today I got such a bad service. He didnt speak to me, he didnt ask for how I wanted my check in cash or deposited in my account. I have been helped by every person in this place, but he was my first and honestly it was the worst service I have ever gotten. Maybe, because I'm just a student here at Stanford University, but i honestly did not appreciate his attitude. Very very rude

Vanessa Azure1If I could give a 0 star I would. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Just to reach a branch is a hassle, being transferred back and forth for something that is beyond my control while constantly being hung up on by representatives. It is ridiculous. I live about 30 minutes away without traffic. It is inconvenience to be going into a branch every time there is an issue such as mine. I would think customer service would be a lot more helpful, but they are not.
