  Stacy is wonderful! She was very patient, accommodating, and understanding with us as first time home buyers. She answered every question I had no matter how silly it was. She is always available as well. Stacy treats you like you are her only client which is VERY rare! I highly recommend her.

  Quality services. I was just going to buy myself a condo as Zelle offered me Stacy's services. I usually don't trust unverified agents. But I decided to talk to Stacy. And I immediately realized how professional and responsive the person is. I was not mistaken. I didn't understand anything about buying real estate, but she did everything to make me feel calm and make my deal the most profitable and in a short time! I recommend 100%!

  Stacy was our initial contact at Fairway, and when we spoke on day 1 she was very polite and professional. From the moment we began to correspond, she made the process very easy to understand, and she always made sure our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Throughout the process, Stacy guided us with very clear & detailed instructions, which allowed for smooth transition through the various steps until everything was finalized - very stress free. The transmission of data process was secure, and very simple and fast, when necessary information was shared back and forth. Stacy and the others at Fairway were a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend that those who are considering a Mortgage or Refinancing contact them.

  We can't recommend Stacy enough! We had recent job changes, some high balance credit cards, and only owned our house for 3 years. We never thought we'd qualify. Not only did we qualify, we are saving hundreds each month and paid off more than 3/4 of a high balance card with the cash out. Stacy made it happen and was there every step of the way. The applications process was a breeze using the app and we felt so comfortable and confident in the process.

Even with my lack of knowledge the entire application and approval process was made flawless after Stacy explained everything. Despite my missing a deadline on the loan, Stacy assured me my closing date would not be impacted. I would absolutely recommend Stacy to anyone interested in buying a home, whether they are a first-time buyer like myself or even someone who owns multiple properties. I have no bad words for Stacy!
