  I refinance my house with Jess about a year ago and she just helped me with the purchase of my second home. I have to say that Jess is completely on top of her game. She is very responsive, super helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable with the process of purchasing a new home.   From the start, Jess was amazing to work with! She walked me through the entire process explaining everything along the way. She helped me recognize the important things I needed to learn as a first time home buyer. I was never afraid to ask her a question, knowing I would always get the answer I needed. She was upfront, genuine and super sweet throughout the entire process! I highly recommend her to anyone and will be recommending her to my family and friends!

  Jess Ryder was always available for me. It started from getting pre-approval from her. I had to reach her multiple times to update my pre-approval letter and every time she responded very quickly and I was able to make the offer. During the final loan approval process, she did an amazing job for me. She even adjusted my downpayment so that I pay less mortgage insurance that would help me to save money. It was a great experience working with her. I would highly recommend Jess Ryder.

  Not the best but gets the job done. I've used her twice but I'll be going directly to a bank for my next purchase. Better interest rates that I won't have to fight to get. It's a shame.
