  My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Tori while getting a loan for our first home. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! She always made herself available for questions and always made sure we knew what was going on throughout the whole process. We hit a few hiccups on our end and Tori handled them with grace and got the issues resolved quickly. I am beyond thankful she was recommended to me and will continue to recommend her to everybody I know!

  My wife and I recently purchased a house in Ledyard CT, Mike and his team are life savers! After spending months fighting with another mortgage company, I finally left and was recommended gateway Mortgage and it was the best decision ever! I ended up with a lower rate interest rate and they processesed the entire claim and we closed on the house quicker than i could have ever imagined! 10 out of 5 stars!

  HIIIGHLY recommend Gateway Mortgage Services for everybody buying a house! I purchased my first home last year in February 2020. I've been meaning to write this review for a year now, but with 2020 being the crazy year it was I am finally getting the chance to now. Tori was awesome! She is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Tori showed me all the options I had for mortgage lenders and their rates. She broke down the complicated mortgage lingo to me in easy to understand words, better than anybody prior to her could. Furthermore, Tori would always answer my texts and calls faster than any other person in the business! I dealt with at least 5 other companies before finding this treasure. Thanks to Tori, I was able to save a whole 1% difference in interest rate compared to the last company I worked with (from a 4% interest rate to a 3% fixed rate!). In other words, I saved $50,000! Thank you so much Tori and the whole Gateway Mortgage Services crew! Keep up with your extraordinary work =).

  We recently refinanced our home with Mike Ballestrini and his team, I can't say enough wonderful things about them. My husband is active duty military and military pay can be confusing to understand, Mike was very knowledgeable about our situation and understood what we were dealing with. His team was so helpful, they went out of their way to get the job done fast. We saved a ton of money, and were presented with all the options to make an informed decision on which way to go with our refinance. The level of service we received from Mike and his team was first class, they truly care and you don't feel like just a number with them. His rates and fees were highly competitive, so not only did we get top notch service, but great value also! We will be using Mike for our next purchase with the VA loan.
