Christopher Sudlik1Switching my banking to St Louis community credit Union was hands down the worst decision of my adult life. About 8 out of 10 times the ATMs are busted, all of the lobbies are closed due to covid, and I've been sitting in line for half an hour and it's not going to move before the bank closes. If you want access to your money or good customer service or even just not to be robbed constantly go with any other bank ever. I used to have Bank of America the great evil one of the most wicked corporations in America and I would go back to them in a heartbeat if it was even possible to pull my money out of this deadbeat criminal scam institution.

A B1This bank has been giving me nothing but issues and I've been with them for years. It is almost useless to use their online system to determine how much money you have after deductions. They will take the money from your account which looks as if you made a payment, but then it will turn around and be insufficient funds because they really didn't take the funds to make the payment. Therefore you get all of these insufficient charges which is not right for the consumer. You all use to be really good but after this I'm really reconsidering continuing to bank with this company.

Steph Sage1The ATMs are impossible to access correctly or fairly and even when they pretend to work, after all your time has been wasted it says "equipment failure" for days on end. You don't want my cash deposit?? That's fine, but I still need to pay rent so whatever, I'll just bank somewhere else.

Victoria Weaver1Very horrible bank. I made a purchase Friday. It displayed on my bank statement Friday. The bank arrange my statement to look like I never paid Friday but that Monday and overdrafted my card. This bank has out dated equipment. Nothing processes over the weekend. Everything will hit your card on Monday. Makes it extremely difficult to balance your check book because one minute your purchase is there and the next it's not. Neighbors is the best credit union I have been to. Stay far away from St. Louis Credit union

Paul McKnight3Seems like a tough place to work and there is no privacy whatsoever with two remote teller stations and one live teller all in the same small room. However, Brittney Johnson Member Service Specialist Was very helpful, polite, and professional to everyone that came in. She was able to get a document emailed to me next day where other people would have likely just told me to come back later. Would be a huge improvement to just put up a few partitions in there to give people at least a feeling of privacy while standing next to each other discussing account balances.

Rebeca Dupre4You need a bank, forget it. Go to StLCCU instead. They staff is fantastic! Their policies are unbelievable. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU! It does take a little getting used to the 'tellers' at this location, but one can. The ATMs at this location leave more than a little something to be desired.

Lisa Wright1I have banked with this credit union for over 15yrs and this branch sucks!!! The young lady in there is so unprofessional...As the members are walking in shes hollering from behind the glass asking people what they need, while she was with a customer mind you...I thought banking was personal.I dont want everyone knowing my business. Then she sends me to a computer teller and of course that dont work..Another member say hes been trying for over 30mins trying to get assistance..I was so mad i left
