      Opening a new account Everyone I came into contact with is super nice and VERY helpful. Like Courtney VERY accomadating sweet proffessional and nice. I forgot to mention Trisha VERY nice and understanding. She was the one who actually opened the account for me like her a lot

      Lazy, rude, belligerent & completely incompetent. I strongly recommend recording your every interaction/transaction with these people in case something goes awry because they did a sloppy job. Let's start a YouTube channel so manager Michelle Volkmann (who staunchly supports and defends the total lack of professionalism of her lackeys) & regional manager Patricia Parchman can see how the internet responds to their bumbling brand of "customer service." Maybe corporate will figure out why their facility only has a two-star rating in such a small community.

      South Community has always provided great service, but I just called to ask a question and got a recorded message-twice! They are open till noon for drive-up, but the message says they will no longer answer the phones on Saturdays after September 1st - it’s still August! Hope this is not an indication of how things will operate after they become St. Louis Community Credit Union. If so, I’ll take my business somewhere else.
