  My fiancé and I moved to Arizona after he retired from the military so he could be closer to his sons. We didn’t have an established group of friends here so my realtor Amberleigh referred me to Joel at Spire Financial. Though we weren’t quite ready to get the ball rolling, Joel provided us with a list of necessary items for when we were and followed up shortly after. He proved to be knowledgeable and explained the differences in taking different routes in the loan process. He provided my realtor with an approval letter which really helped speed our acceptance along and I am happy to have a loan officer now which I plan to utilize should we need to refinance or purchase another property. Should any friends ask for a referral I’d be confident sending them to Joel!

  The lender I had before Spire lost me a house because they were taking days to put an offer together. So happy that I found Spire and Kendra. She was always very responsive to all my questions and was always able to provide everything needed to make sure my whole buying process was smooth. Near the end the Title company was slacking off and kept getting the numbers wrong but Kendra was able to catch all of their mistakes and ensure that our closing day didn't get delayed. Great Experience from the entire Spire team!!
