  The staff is amazing and very nice and clean. Easy to get in and out quickly. Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible.

  Don't do business with Desert Financial. They have zero security for your funds. Had all my funds accessed by an unauthorized party over the phone with DF customer service. Thousands of dollars gone in a few minutes. DON'T do your banking with this company! They don't care about your protection. Although the staff might be friendly and try to sell you on the local bank Kool-Aid... This is not a place to bank.

  I love Desert Schools Financial Credit Union. I switch to them 10 years ago after being charged overdraft fees and other Associated fees with another bank. I have been very happy with the other Schools Financial Credit Union and never plan on leaving. They make banking easy and don't charge extras.

  During a visit to this branch, I had the most incredibly perfect customer service experience. The employees here are fantastic. Kind, engaging and professional, Tasha, Miranda and Tala were so pleasant to deal with, Special thanks to Tasha, could not have had a better experience.

  Your employee Tala at the Kierland Branch is fantastic and always does a great job for us and she is a big reason we have continued to do business with DFCU for over 30 years. Thanks Tala for all you do to help DFCU's customers.

  Love this place (or any branch in the valley). Just needed to deposit some checks in our account, but I was in and out with no problem. Others at the branch acknowledged my presence and greeted me also. This simple task and interaction with the Desert Financial staff really gave a boost to my day.

  This branch is so very helpful! My wife and I needed some special help with something in our account, and the branch manager, Tala, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in order to get us set! I can not recommend banking here enough! Thank you, DFCU, and thank you, Tala!
