  Daryl here from Hometown Motors and Midwest LED Sign Co. We have been using Diversified for our customers to borrow against product and Diversified has been absolutely wonderful! Our customers have had good things to say and it is great for our business too! Good job to the entire staff at Diversified! We will call you and use you again and again!

  I have had my auto loan at the Waseca location for almost three years. I have no complaints about the customer service people, but the options for making the payment are frustrating and outdated. I cannot pay the payment online, they don't take MasterCard (unless this has changed) in person, or by phone, they now close weekdays at 4pm and do not have a drop box outside the building.. This is the only bill I have to write a check to pay!

We are sorry to hear your frustration with our payment options. Unfortunately, with our size we don't not have the capability to offer cash advances for MasterCard or ACH transactions. If you have bill-pay at your other financial institution, we would be happy to help get one set up for your DCU loan.   As a new potential customer, I could not have been less impressed with this financial institution. I received rude treatment by one employee in particular because I did not know that they didn't have a change counting machine. I left feeling embarrassed. I will neither recommend or step foot into a Diversified Credit Union again.

  Been with yall almost 2 years, constantly have to keep an eye on the BANKS/ (loan) activity with my account. Treated poorly, always greeted by rude people (melody I believe) zero help on the phone, and today was hung up on.

  Tried to get a loan to start a new beginning and move my banking to new credit union and get denied. When I went in to talk to the lady about banking wasn’t real friendly.

  Not much help they no longer with take payment over the phone really in the middle of a crisis and why should it mayter bill is getting paid
