      My card was hacked so I had to get another one, again! I called the number sent to me with the card to set my pin code. It will not allow me to set a pin code which means that my card is worthless. Had $1200 stolen from my account thanks to lack of security on stolen bank cards. Thanks Minnwest!

      Full disclosure, I work at this bank. With that being said, I was a customer way longer than I was an employee. I used the Roundbank as my primary financial institution when I had my own business and I always found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Now that I work here I can see what separates us from most other institutions, we look for solutions. We don't always find them, but we try to help our clients and help guide them to a better financial future.
