  Needed to get a lone here .. the lady turned my paycheck stubs into a circus ...she said i was missing one and i went and got it ... I found it returned to the store...she then went on to say I was missing a different one... She made it completely complicated ... And got me completely confused about my own paycheck stubs... And wasted over an hour of my time... I left and went to ACE Cash .. use my latest paycheck stub only needed one.. walked out with a decent loan amount within 10 minutes .. I will never be returning to this speedy Cash .. it's funny that the name is speedy because it's not even remotely fast .. something so simple was turned into the most complicated thing ever ... Worst manager

  There was fast service and the ladies in there were very friendly and professional. I have been to two other locations and this one is by far the best never a long wait and service is speedy! Thank you ladies job well done.

  I usually experience great customer service for the exception of today.May 27th went this morning and needed a paper faxed and copied. I noticed when I looked at the paper only the front had been faxed not the back, so I called backed and spoke with the lady who faxed it she said not a problem come back and I'll re fax it and no charge for my mistake.Upon my arrival I sat and waited 10 minutes before they came to the window even after I pressed the call button even though they said I didn't. I had to call from my phone and let them know I had been sitting here.Diffrent lady came to the window with an attitude and said next time don't call us push the call button and then explained how I had already spoke with the lady about how she made a mistake told me to come back .She faxed it again and then told me there would be a charge I told her uh No .She said there was No charge for the mistake.I didn't get charged but I also didn't need all the attitude. I wasn't the one who made the mistake!Norma made the mistake and it's horrible that your manager Audri is rude with loyal customers. I will No Longer be going back when I need a loan or fax or any of your services.I'll be sure to let friends and family who I've recommend not to return.

  Always there when I have an unexpected event to lend me cash and love their 3 day no finance! The woman in the front was soooo friendly very engaging. I will always have speedy cash!

  Trash service, never going there again. Lady with tattoo and lip piercing was extremely rude.

  Great associates whichever location I go to, friendly staff and always asking if there’s anything else they can do for me! I’ve recommended them quite a bit for those workers who can’t or won’t get a checking account LOL

  Went to cash a check the lady at the drive thru window was nice she then said she had to call the company of the bank to verify the check I said okay the check was only $150.00 but whatever after waiting for over 15 minutes some man came to the window I'm guessing he was the manager and said the company closed at 5 we have to come back another day or go somewhere else he was so rude about it it's not like I was cashing a big check I asked for the check back and he kept talking as if he was trying to argue with me I wasn't trying to hear him and asked for the check again he was so rude and sarcastically said oh well have a nice day and walked away believe me if I had the time I would of cussed him out about his attitude but I have better things to do he need to learn more about customer service I'm sure he was probably on his way out the door before the lady asked him for help but that's no excuse for the was he spoke to me I didn't even ask to talk to him he just came to the window horrible service
