  Being a former employee of Speedy Cash, I will say I'm highly disappointed with Customer Service!!! Nobody even bothered to acknowledge or greet me as I walked into the store. I waited in line so long (about 17 mins) that my feet and back started hurting. The lobby looked filthy and dirty like it had not been cleaned all day. I also found that the manager on duty (heavier set long brown hair, short stature Mexican Woman) was unprofessional herself that I found her counting an employees box in front of customers, for all to see. No one was wearing name tags and nobody in line was ever acknowledged neither did any employee apologize for the long wait. The young lady who assisted me was screaming across the way to her coworker saying, "I have alot of money, do you need a bundle?" The lack of professionalism is unacceptable! Where is the standard? I'll never come back to this store again. Maybe the Corporate Manager should visit more often then just once a year.

  Horrible. I find it very annoying that I came in the day my loan was due and paid in person, then the next day get f*cken charged again i come in that afternoon and they tell me you can't get the money refunded until it's posted. Today I come in. 3rd day and they wanna try and bullshit talk me. Their customer service is horrible, they can't seem to explain anything. Horrible service every time. They gossip and gossip. If I can rate no stars I would. The lines are always long because they always take their sweet as time. There's never one time when all windows are full. I'm done with this one and will relocate!

  I have always had such tremendously great service from every Speedy Cash I've ever done business with. The staff is always wonderfully pleasant very helpful very patient an extremely informative. The staff gets an A+ from me!

  Been coming here for a very long time because of a crush I have on an employee. I might have be spectrum, I have social anxieties. I wait then whole month just for a 7 min interaction that means so much to my fat heart. Recent she started ignoring me and today she had someone else help me. She told me she was leaving already but then goes back and helps someone else. So I might be a lil sociopathic and intensely weird at times. But that was heart breaking none the less. I dont stalker her and visit the store sending flowers and stuff. I just like admiring her beauty and her hearing her voice. YES, I AM SALTY AND DOWN RATING BECAUSE OF A BROKEN HEART. I don't care. I'm pretty. I'll visit a new location now.
