  39 weeks pregnant standing around waiting for one person to get off the phone (that took the call while helping me) as five other employees are standing around doing absolutely nothing besides joking. Super unprofessional from the beginning. Can’t cash a $150 check because the bank can’t verify funds..even with the check writers consent? I get that it’s high risk but won’t even verify that’s it an active account? It’s a family check and y’all can’t even have me sign a consent form or something saying I’d be liable if it were to be insufficient funds??? Waste of time.

  Maria and Kathy the manager were so helpful and nice. Kathy went at length to see how they could help me. when I arrived Brittany and Kathy gave my son and I juice and snacks and gave him stickers. I would suggest this location and these employers to anyone any day.

  This place milks every last cent they can out of you. Do not give them your social security number when cashing a check it’s an obvious scam. They call to confirm your check like your some kind of criminal, then they have the audacity to charge almost thirty dollars to cash one check. To say the very least it’s very concerning. Then they won’t do a money order over five hundred dollars, because they have a poor reputation and are unable to pay out money orders they give out.

  They did not fully explain to me that the minimum payment I would make towards a loan would only extend my payment not actually go towards my loan amount, I have been paying the minimum amount every 2 weeks for the past 2 months and they have every time they tell me what I am paying is the minimum me thinking it's going towards my loan, they are stealing my money and not fully explaining the whole process, never doing business with them again

  Too long of a process to cash check for first time... too many copies of paperwork with identifying information that may be not shredded for 24 hrs until management reviews input of information by clerks...the young lady was very nice and the trainee as well but it took way too long maybe needs some revamping...don’t think I will be a return customer...thank you.
