  Worst Customer Service, long lines, they don't greet you at the door anymore, they don't give any details about raffles, if your qualified for an additional loan, etc...feels like an ordinary loan place, cold, uncomfortable, and lazy ass managers that treat you like a number and not personal. Not the same since they fired CRYSTAL CASILLAS for going on leave of absence for her husbands heart surgery. You guys lost your heart and compassion for customer service. ALSO THEY ASK YOU TO VERIFY TOO MUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER TELEPHONE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. I DON'T RECOMMEND SPEEDY CASH TO ANYONE , THEY NEED TO RELOCATE

  Worst customer service I've had as far as i can remember! Its 7pm and they close at 8pm and theres a line out the door and theres only 1 teller helping people. When there is 2 other people that ones takes there break right when she noticed the long line and the other isnt doin anything, hes sitting talking to the girl on break ignoring everyone. Meanwhile the one teller is frantically tryin to help everyone. Steer clear of this place! Never coming back
