      On occasion they seem to have a attitude and be a little boujee. I go to this one because it's convenient since I live in North Shreveport. Today though I went to make my payment. They just sat there and did not acknowledge me. Which I felt was rude. I just walked out n drove to the Mansfield Rd branch. Yes it was way out of the way, but I will not tolerate disrespect. They need to get off their high horse cuz' they ain't that cute!

      Good place helpful but this having to wear a mask is bull this is America if your a public business no one should have to wear a mask to do business with you if it wasn't for not seeing mt grandson I would not be doing business with company cause I do not do business with any other place that I have to wear a mask and we still have everything we need & want

      Didn't want to wait for the bank to clear my tax refund due to leaving on vacation so went to speedy cash. In and out in 20 minutes, no hassle for a large check. Staff was above and beyond friendly which is hard to find in this town. It was very refreshing to be treated so nice. Will recommend to everyone. Kudos. Great job.

      Came in with my boyfriend and one of the females was dressed like she was working in a go-go club. So not professional. See through clothing! I’m sure that your company has a dress code!!!!???? So unprofessional

      Staff was very rude. Absolutely uncalled for. And that was just applying I can’t imagine what payments are going to look like. Or how I will be treated....felt that being white was a big issue to the staff and felt discriminated against for it.
