  Poor customer service skills...Kim attitude was very disturbing and she acted out in an unprofessional manner...I feel if you make a payment for someone over the phone and the debit card is not in their name you should receive a receipt...How do you know if the card isn't stolen??? Protecting personal information is important...And if you don't like your job or have great people skills you should find another place of employment....I will not return to this location at all...Need people that have better people skills...I'm really upset and going to contacting the supervisor about this experience cause this don't make sense and with poor people skills will run customers off

  The branch manager should really look into the people they have working at this location! Rude, Poor customer service, nobody here documents anything so people talk and look at you crazy when you say somthing about it I'm just over this place I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!! If you don't like dealing with the public then you should find a different job or at the least ACT like you care about people.
