Excellent customer service. It's always been a great experience banking here, but today was extraordinary. I have been having some issues trying to transfer money from an external bank account to my Space Coast account using the phone app. While being at the branch making an in-person deposit, I asked the teller to provide me with the number for Technical support so I could call them. Instead Jhordan W. went above and beyond. He called on my behalf and worked diligently to try to resolve my issue. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Complete incompetence at this branch! Do not try to close any loans here go to the Miramar branch if you must. You will just end up having to do it all again. I have been a customer for over 25 years with SCCU and the lack of training exhibited is breath taking. The manager should be ashamed at having inexperienced bankers try to close a simple car loan without guidance. They waste my time, the banks time, the other customers time.
