      Employees are nice but the branch management is very bad. It took me two days to schedule an appointment for a simple notary stamp. When I showed up at the schedule time, the branch manager turned me away saying that the school-provided form is not good. I drove a block away and notarized the form on the spot at TD Bank. This and other episodes is motivating me to take all my business to another bank. Customer service at this branch is not a priority.

      By far the worst service I've ever received at any bank. I have accounts with Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and Truist. NONE of these banks have been this unprofessional as Bank of America has been. The manager there I believe her last name is "Gomez" promised to reach out to me in the morning via email in regards to business LOC and never did. This is after multiple visits to the branch in regards for the SAME inquiry. I have requested a consultation with a bank officer FOUR times. Still nothing. I suggest you stay away from this branch. Bank of America is not a bad bank but at this specific branch they need to reconsider their management positions asap. If you need a business account go to TD BANK.

      I honestly think it's their competition leaving bad reviews. The people at this location are so sweet and knowledgeable. When entering the line looked long but we got through so fast. Nicest BOA I've ever been too.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I set an appointment to speak with a banker, for which I arrived early. I was advised that the banker was running late on her previous appt, so I'd have to wait a little. At 3:45p another banker (seemed like a manager) came out to me to find out what I needed done... after explaining to her, she says "OK. Your original banker seems to be running a little late and will be with you once she's done." She obviously wasn't about to take the time to actually help someone who had already been waiting 45 minutes. Safe to say I won't be returning to this branch.

      pathetic and condescending customer service. I booked an appointment and came for the notary service only to be turned down as they refused to help over weird reasons. FYI, this service was completed at UPS 10mn later with no issues. Hence, they pretty much didn’t want or didn’t know how to notarize documents.

At which point the location will be able to better ensure that a Notary will be available during that scheduled appointment.       Went to deposit a large sum of cash (therefor did not want use the ATM) and one of the employees was extremely rude and asked me why I was even at the bank in the first place (because of my young age), then proceeded to tell me I did not know what I was doing and then did not give me a deposit slip when I asked for one. Horrible customer service, and also only had 1 teller for a line that was out the door. Will be closing my account without a doubt.

      This is our bank for more than 10years! And they have been cashing my checks for any amount. I went today to encash a 3000 cheque and supposedly, the teller says that she can only deposit but not cash. She can only cash it if I have the same balance amount of the cheque that I am encashing. Meaning, just incase I am encashing a fraud cheque then they will be able to take it back! Bye bank of America!!!! Do that if I had a bad history but for a clean one, that’s a no! No!

      I needed to do an international transfer, and provided all the necessary information. They could not do it. I was misguided. I was going forth and back for 2 days. Then, they wanted to give me a 3rd appointment. Terrible!

      Marlene Rattigan who’s the assistant Vice President of the branch IS A LIFE SAVER!! My wallet and phone were stolen and credit cards was MAXED OUT! Marlene took great care of me and made sure I’m not responsible for anything that happened and helped call police department and report my info stolen NO ONE EVER HELPED ME THIS MUCH IN MY HISTORY OF BANKING !!!       Worst customer service ever, and also super rude! The manager tells you one day you need certain documents and when you come to the appoiment (Ah! The didn’t have me in the system) they told me I need other documents! Incredible how they make you waste your time! Go to another Bank of America!
