  My husband and I have been banking with SCCU since I moved to the area in 2002. Their customer service and honest rates on loans are much to boast about. We even had our son open an account when he was 13. Now he is managing a checking and a saving on his own. We've never had an issue and will continue to bank with them for the rest of our lives.

  Can't express how unprofessional this bank is, customer service at its worst. This bank is only for itself not you, do not invest in this Bank your money is better in your own pocket than handing it over to these con artists. This bank was a complete joke and I will be closing my accounts asap and finding a bank who values my fortunes and isn't there to take advantage or allow fraud to go on and can't stop it, nice WATCHDOG! What's wrong? Were you sleeping? JOKE! Everybody, please watch your money, SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION doesn't!

  my husband wanted a personal loan and they said no ,he has a substantial amount of money in sccu we have excellent credit. So he went to another bank it took them 45 min and he got the money. They did the same thing to my brother, in the next 2 years I will be banking somewhere else and taking my retirement money with me.seems like they have a problem with giving Black people personal loan

  During a Pandemic time and banks hire temp workers, they must know how to deal with small business accounts. I several business accounts. Shammy or sammy hung up on me because I tried to clarify the name. The “business representative “ hung up on me. I never imagined being treated poorly by my own bank. Shame on the business center for allowing such poor behavior. It reflects poorly on your business.

  No problem setting up free checking & savings account on line. And that was on Friday. Had to finalize everything at the bank branch on the following Monday with drivers license & Deposits in person. No problems so far.

  REAL BAD! Not for regular people. This place is more for people they don’t even need financing because they’re so rich. Had trouble making payments 5 years into my auto loan. Spoke to someone in in the right department and they said that it would be OK I just had to make payments at a certain time. I made the payments but on the last one I was one day late. The teller told me that he could not take the payment and put it into my savings account that was attached to the loan. I waited for a call from them which I never received. (The teller said that would be the next step) about four days later some guy dragged my car out of my front yard. They didn’t even ask me for the key which I would’ve given them to save the drestriction to my front yard and driveway. The yokel that dragged it out of the front yard then proceeded to take it to Ft. Pierce, which is on the treasure coast not the space coast..? In short bad customer service, liars! And they hire some of the dumbest contractors. The tow bill was $500 and I was only behind $650 in payments. How does this help their customer ? #douchebags!

  Hands down the SLOWEST drive through (Palm Bay West branch) I’ve ever been to out of every bank I’ve ever been to!! They need more employees to assist in the drive through rather than just one person trying to assist 4 people!! I think McDonalds has faster drive through service 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Have accounts with them over 25 years with good money in there 4 accounts tried for a credit card and got Rejected!!!! What ? Probably pulling ALL MY MONEY 💰 OUT OF THERE...🤔🤔

  One of two SCCU branches in Palm Bay. Offers teller service, drive thru service and ATM. ATM is accessible to pedestrians at front of branch. Don't know if night deposit is available.
