      I left Wells Fargo cause of their business practices and decided to bank at Chase cause this location is convenient to me and Chase offered a great $$$$ incentive to open a new checking account. I have that account and 2 lines of credit with Chase now. This bank is great cause the staff is friendly and professional. I only wish they offered personal loans as one of the products.

      I've been banking with Chase for years - ever since they took over Washington Mutual. I especially love this branch. Everyone is always very courteous and yes, I still like to use the drive-thru lane.

      Very slow service. I also rushed a new card and yet I'm still waiting over 2 weeks to get a new pin in the mail and Covid-19 Scam is not allowing me to get to the bank and set up an appointment due to the conflicting schedules. I always had problems and poor service. I am looking for service for sure.

      Just when you think you might be able to take care of some business before you go to work. Bingo the place is closed. They open conveiniently for THEMSELVES at 9 am ...not even a drive thru for morning customers. This place and Chase is a ZERO.

      Walked into this bank to open another account with them. No one greeted me after I’ve been there for 20 mins and it was only 1 customer in front of me,I was never acknowledged. Guess they loss a customer and will cancel other account.
