  I've have experienced excellent 👌 customer service whether over the phone, in person or the drive thru I've banked with them since the old Eastern credit union was dissolved if anyone can remember that far back

  Meeting Ms. Doreen Saurez on my first visit here was all I needed. My questions and concerns were answered. To date, all my expectations are met - even if I was not successful in something ( and I have bee), the reasons were solid. Thank you SPCU. LM

  There this one Lady in there that i had a MAJOR problem! When i went in to fund my account, she denied me the opportunity. she made up something that no other representative said to me. then the next time walked the to the branch to make a deposit she stood there and pointed at me talking to another lady. Idk what that was about but i ant never but treated as such at any of the other branches. i will be leaving more comments on google reviews. Thanks! May we all live in grace and peace!!

  Customer service at the branch was okay.. but my worse experience was (1) when I call the 800 number customer service, the people were not professional at all, they each will give different information about their products..I applied for different types of credits and they turned me down. To me they were just like the major banks there are not for their members. They will send offers in the mail and when I apply for the offer they turn me down. I closed the account with them since 2 months ago and don't have to do business with them.

  I normally use the drive thru and I believe the customer service is great. My wait time is usually between 10 - 20 mins.

  The rating is for the bank and services it provides. But they should tell the representatives to wait for the member to tell them thank you and hang up, not them hanging up on the member.
