  My experience at publix credit union with miss Regina Narine today was excellent. I found her to be very courteous helpful and very patient i would recommend her to any person or business. I thank her for helping me.

  I needed help with some very important documents that needed processing in a very short time. Mis Ramirez assisted me all the way, she returned all my calls and emails within a timely manner that is the Publix credit union way.

  I've been with the credit union for over 20 years, Since day 1 the service has been phenomenal. I had one issue with a teller, I see she no longer works there. I wish they had a branch in the Kendall area or further South. I would never change banks.

  I visited this branch on a Friday right before closing. They could have easily told me it was too late to conduct business, but the employee that so respectfully greeted me at the door appealed to the manager on my behalf and she agreed to assist me with a very time-sensitive matter. I appreciate when customer service like that is the priority of the staff and the management team. Kudos to you all, and please continue to put your customers first.

  The Pembroke Pines Office is amazing! Every time I have had to go into the office it has always been a great experience. Jennifer C. provided outstanding service. Her Excellent knowledge of the bank's systems and applications allowed me to get the items I needed quickly and efficiently. The tellers, office staff and the Branch Manager are all amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and productive!!!
