  Horrible the Daytona area has the worst selection for credit unions. No share branching at any of the locations, and the ones that say they do tell you we only do that through the ATM which is a lie because it doesn't allow you to do it!

  New costumer here. Greeting was friendly. The lady who helped me with my account, not so warm. Dry experience didn't seem welcoming with her. She didn't explain the details of when they take money out savings and you don't get it back. Most important: SAID MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE 3-5 days. Twenty(20) days later still no card. After i called in the order was placed. Big inconvenience and i hope she didn't forget to do anything else. What kind of bank forgets to send your new costumer mail and card? (As of 11/6/2017)-no money in either outside ATM. MEANS CANT GET UR CASH IF THEY CLOSED

  Been banking with SCCU for 20 years. Today I took my daughter in to get her a checking account and credit card. Kristen helped us and she was awesome; very informative and helpful. Walked us through everything - very thorough. Great way to start my daughter’s banking experience!

  We have enjoyed using our business account with this branch. I recently left my ID in the drive thru, which they called me shortly after I left and held it over the weekend until I could return. Thanks Jacob for your help

  This is the worst credit union or financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I opened a checking account with my husband before I started a new job last month and the direct deposit forms Space Coast Credit Union provided us had the WRONG CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER on them! My last biweekly paycheck dated 12/24/19 was deposited into someone else’s account before it got bounced back to ADP and now it’s been week without my paycheck and ADP says they still have not received the return. This is a screwup beyond belief by people we are supposed to be able to trust with our money. Not to mention the lack of member service the day we opened the checking account. They put us in a tiny room with a phone where we sat on hold for 20 minutes before opening a checking account with someone in a different branch or call center. We opened our account at the Daytona Beach - Bill France location. If you are looking into credit unions in the Volusia County area, go with VyStar and stay far away from Space Coast. What a nightmare during this holiday season this has been for me and my family.

  Giving them a 4 only because I'm still waiting for them to update their ATM so you can INSERT money and checks as well... It can get kind of annoying, especially if you work during the day and don't get off until after even their drive through is already closed... Otherwise, I like the bank.

  I have been with this bank for almost 10 years. They're a great place to bank with AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RUN-INS OR EXPRESSED ISSUES WITH THEM! That's when you learn the weakness found in their customer service approach. I'm certain me voicing this concern will go unnoticed.

  Everyone at this branch has been EXTREMELY kind and helpful to me over the last week when refinancing a car loan! Chazlyn and Marissa are awesome, as well as everyone else that helped along with the process. Thank you all very much!

  Every payday, they like to hit me with an nsf, regardless of the fact that my money is in there before the bill hits. They insist that the bill hit first, but that is not what THEIR ledger shows. So I ask them, which fact is wrong, what they are telling me, or the ledger. They can't both be right because they are saying opposite things about the order of operations. But they insist, no, they are both correct. It's like talking to a robot that refuses to acknowledge basic logic - unbelievable. Then they tried telling me that they have to both be correct because they are federally regulated ! This place used to be staffed by humans, I guess I missed their assimilation.

  To whom it may concern; This is the worst Banking location I ever seen ATM machines not properly you can’t deposit money to the ATM machine and the ATM is bad and so is the Customer service
