  The worst ever, I missed one month payment and my truck was repossessed. I was trying to get in contact with them about my truck since Thursday and when I finally got someone was in Saturday now they want me to wait till Tuesday to get any info about my truck. Meanwhile the whole time I'm accumulating tow storage charges.

  The worst customer service. It should have minus 100 stars... They charge me 83 usd for not having an insurance and i have mailed 4 times and they still keep charging it font do any deals with them. I fax and iu send by email and it doesnt matter they keep charging. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, GO AWAYYYYYYYYYYYY

  The most Rude company with Employees that have no training skills in Customer Service. Was finance when I told the underwriter to hold off which the have my husband as a co owner his license are suspended and have been 4 years before I purchased the vehicle so now that it's time to Renew my Registration I can't and Lobel won't help leave messages with management no response but they call a second your payment is late. Everyone you speak with don't speak English. HORROR OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! IF YOU HEAR LOBEL RUN FAR AWAY......

  I received financing for Lobel for the purchase of a vehicle and was then very happy...but the next weeks they started asking for a payment which they wasn't entitle to receive, but because of the paper they was given the forms were from another Financial company which denied my loan but THANKS TO LOBEL FINANCIAL THEY ACCEPTED... OK I paid the payment three days after that lobel financial start calling me about another payment so I paid that payment... supposedly I though I was now caught up... NO..now they are saying that I owe them more money because of my insurance,....Really...I asked them didn't the car company send over the Insurance policy with the paper work... there replied was....YES,... but they automatic put on Insurance...REALLY is this called FRAUD ARE WHAT..... especially when they have a copy of the Insurance policy that shows full coverage....So I called my Insurance company and asked to fax over a copy of the policy and make sure that LOBEL FINANCIAL IS ALSO on THE POLICY....the Insurance company faxed it .... well the next day two more calls ...about the same thing more money and the Insurance... I told them that it was faxed over ...Now mean you it goes to a different department .... but this department that receives the Insurance information hasn't put it in there system ....Now it is three days later I get two more call about the same dam thing.... I called the Insurance company requesting to re-fax (this is three time)the policy which they stated they didn't received so I requested for them to also email it to them and included myself,,,, I received my email and my fax.... but would you believe they haven't gotten anything until NOW and it has been since the second week in Jan. 2016 this had started... LOBEL FINANCIAL still calls my phone requesting insurance and asking for their extra payment for the Insurance coverage which they have placed on my car.... Is this how this company treat their customers...NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR FUTURE BUSINESS... I have requested that LOBEL FINANCIAL NOT TO CALL MY PHONE....I have even EMAIL it over to the office in Ft. Lauder dale Fl. to email the policy to them per their request and still no luck....In my opinion this company at this point is not a well organized company...what does it take to check your fax and email is that to hard to do on a daily basic...I refuse to send it out anymore.... I have tried every way but mail it to them.....and again they keep calling my phone after I have requested them not to call and today Thursday Feb. 25, 2016 9:44 a.m. I have received two calls from them but now I have put them on a block list on my cell phone which only allow them to leave a message and I don't want any messages from them not for any reason..... just can just mail me what they need and I will return it back to them until they get my account right..and do better business

  Absolutely the worst lending agency in the industry... I sold new cars for Chevrolet for 3 years and never have I encountered such rude, dishonest customer service reps... And when you asked for a supervisor they say theirs not one ..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOBEL TO ANY OF MY CAR CLIENTS...ILL BE POSTING TO BIRDEYE,BBB,FACEBOOK,INSTAGRAM,EVERY DAY UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED.....

  I am reaching out to the corporate office please contact me before I consider taking legal action. Your Company Customer Service is Horrible and I Feel Uncomfortable and Discriminated against.

  I have read some horrible reviews so far about Lobel Financial!! Honestly, so far it has been a great Company and the Customer Service have always been great. I've never had a rude representative yet. GREAT SERVICE!!

  Horrible just plain horrible here I am trying to pay off my car and I get the runaround I made a payment last month to the principal and they lied to me they just took it off the payments monthly The employees have horrible serviceIs even more horrible believe nothing they say all they have a lies for you !!!! Thank God I only have to deal with them two more months

  bad bad bad form someone who used them just fatal shots to your credit not even as a last chance don't use them they are going to rob you of your hard worked money if you ever wanted to make any regrets in your life time use them its a full customers guarantee to lose there car not a good idea at all again i say just don't use them at all they are going to rob you and don't use the showroom Miami car lot to buy cars they use them a lot that company is fully aware of what this company is doing to the customers and still use them as a finance company for the customers that come there.
