  Kaylann has to be the most pleasant person to with the company I will rather go this branch verse the one close to my house I’m able to get in and out without a long wait time in line if I was rating Sunrise/Lauderhill or even the one Federal Highway it would be 2.5 stars please get a good look out how SCCU in Boca operates

  I was trying to have a good rapport with the teller, and I ask him for his age because I am xx years old his reply was very rude. The bank has all my info. So I have no privacy because this teller had access to my info. It make me feel very disrespected that a simple question would trigger the teller to become so defensive. I just opened an account yesterday, and I thought it was going to be different being that is a credit union not a traditional bank. But unfortunately this credit union specific to this address is garbage

  I love this bank. I have all my friends, family, and coworkers using this bank. I love it because it’s free checking, great customer service, and safe. I never had any problems with this bank. I love the short lines. I have tried numerous of banks and non have top this one. Only bad thing I can think of about this bank is there is not enough of them like the crappie bank. I will not say any names and the office hours...

  I’m going to stick it out because of the free checking and hope things improve. They like to play games when applying for loans and when I was informed I was eligible for a credit card they ran it through Pryor to asking my permission. Customer service wise they are very good and friendly. I started to refer people Pryor to all my issues but now I have told them to go elsewhere.

  I have been with Space Coast for 6 years. I found them by chance when I purchased a car and the dealer recommended them. I stopped by my branch on 441 in Boca Raton yesterday to apply for a new credit card. Josephine was extremely pleasant and helpful. While chatting I mentioned I was in the process of purchasing a new townhome. I was planning on using a mortgage company recommended by my Realtor. Josephine suggested applying with Space Coast. When considering how well I've always been treated by them either with my past car loan or just in general, I will do just that. Service is still Paramount with me and I appreciate you Josephine and everyone at SCCU.

  ***AVOID AVOID AVOID Horrible place to have a loan and the website is unusable. They limit your ability to pay your loan off in order to gouge their customer with extra interest payments ..be careful this credit union is in bed with car dealers and they get kickbacks for driving business to this criminal lender practice and facility. AVOID ***

  Unfortunately my car loan is with this place. Can't wait to refinance with another CU. So behind the times. Can't make a car pymt on line with them. Their office hours totally suck and not cust friendly. Close at 4pm m-thur. Open a little bit later on Friday only.

  The Boca raton branch is ALWAYS TEMPORARILY CLOSED! What’s the point of this bank?? It’s bad enough you have limited branches but they can’t even stay open. Terrible service avoid this branch

  That's my second time coming from west palm beach and on the website they said it's open. When you get therw it's close. Now I have to travel to coral spring. Need to fix this not right

  I've never had any problems here, staff is friendly and usually no lines. No account fees & not dealing with a for profit megabank is worth the drive for me.
