Carmen Chavez1Terrible customer service! They do not have enough personnel to handle the clients they have. One of the lobby service attendants is very short and gives the impression she is rude because she is so curt. You do not get the feeling she is there to help. She needs to learn how to determine what the problem is so she can help. Instead, she hears what you ask, says no. And, you have to leave the bank none the wiser. Forget it if you want to schedule an appointment online if you do not use the phone app. It is 9am and nobody answers the phone. This is a problem.

J J5My favorite BoA branch in Boca. Not crowded. Generally very friendly and helpful personell. Myrtha is just amazing: plenty of precious advise and nice person to talk to.

MR1The managers here are so rude and disrespectful. BOA has lost its customer service etiquette and they are in no rush to gain it back. Be prepared to be mislead and have to wait longer than your appointment times.
Response from the ownerExcellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^jan

Jennifer Mckell5I visited this location today to withdraw money from my account. I stood on line for about 7 minutes, about 3 people ahead of me with two tellers working. When a woman in front of me complained to another team member there I found out later her name was Myrtha who was extremely helpful to this woman. When Myrtha walked past me I said thank you and I would like you to know the service here is fantastic. The customer was upset do to the wait, and Myrtha addressed the situation and provided immediate assistance. What people do not seem to understand is these employees are coming to work when others are not due to the pandemic. So instead of complaining to these poor employees how about thanking them. My experience was perfect and bank of America should feel blessed to have an employee like Myrtha she was truly professional and kind. I work in customer service and have worked the entire pandemic I understand how hard it is .
Response from the ownerHi Jennifer, Thanks for reaching out and sharing the great feedback about Myrtha. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^Annette

Stanislav Devine1On the 13th of September, I sold my only car to a dealership. I went to this Bank of America (7024 W Palmetto Park Rd, Boca Raton, Fl, 33433) to deposit my check. I have specifically asked if the funds will available the next day, the teller confirmed, “yes, the funds will be available tomorrow morning.” That evening (hours later) I have received an email, saying the funds won’t be available until the 22nd (in 9 days). I have called costumer service clearly explaining my situation, and emphasizing the urge of having the funds on my account, as the way I was making money was tied to my car, which I had no choice, but to sell; and I do not have money on my account to feed myself in the next 9 days. The customer service representative just continued on explaining to me the technical process of processing a check. I asked to speak to a manager. Another hour passed, I was connected to the manager, who told me I need to wait a night, call tomorrow and ask for verification department, they should be able to help me. That’s exactly what I did, the next morning I called at 10am to Bank of America. I was connected to a customer service representative and repeated my situation, then 1 hours of wait followed, then the representative informed that they are unable to help me. I asked to speak to the manager, which, after two hours of wait, I was never able to get a hold of. I was advise that the only thing I can do is to go to the dealer myself and ask them for the proof that the funds were written to me, then go back to the bank where I deposited the check, and ask them to call the verification department, and they MIGHT be able to help me. I sold my car at CARMAX. This is a big company, not a private person. I have explained multiple times, the urgency of me having the fund of the account, yet the Bank refused to help me out. Again, Carmax is a big company; it is not like there are no funds on their bank account. I am not able to support and feed myself for the next week, I don’t have a car, I am stuck at home with an empty refrigerator. I don’t have a check and I have no funds. I hope this story will allow people to open their eyes, and see how inhumane the corporate America actually is. There are no morals; there are just policies in place. And if the policy wasn’t disclaimed, they are sorry for inconvenience, in other words, it’s good to detox anyway….

Norman Salas5It's got to driving ATMs and a walk up to ATM. This is my first time at this particular location or branch. I did not enter the branch, so I cannot say anything about the stuff hurted but the ATMs were working oh, and there were no long lines. Access to the bank was easy from the road. And GPS brought me straight to the bank. I am pleased
Response from the ownerThank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Susan Weiss2This branch never has more than 2 tellers working at one time. Customers can wait up to 20 min. before they reach the counter, and I have been there when 10 people are in line. I have complained numerous times to no avail. It seems more important to Bank of America to greet the customers as they step into the bank than to service their needs. I think this branch should either revamp their priorities or close their doors.

Adam Malhoit1Worse banking experience I've ever had. I opened a new account, and deposited 2 payroll checks here. The bank held my 2nd check for 10 days, and couldn't tell me where the funds were. The issuing bank informed me that they already released funds a week ago. No one in Bank of America, not 1-800 "customer service", neither the local representative could tell me where the funds were, or why they were holding check. I will be closing this account, with no further interest in working with this bank. Where is the "...committed to doing everything to meet banking needs... "?
