  Though there many issues and problems , Anthony and his crew worked diligently in making sure that all issues were addressed and cleared quickly and efficiently.   I had a great experience with Hypotec Senior Loan Officer Carolyn Brown. I am a veteran and was seeking an IRRRL loan to replace my current mortgage. The VA process is somewhat complicated and Carolyn's professional attitude and service in providing my load stood out. She Had the right experience to get the job done and also kept me informed during the process.

  Almost 2 years as we bought the house in New York. After some time of searching we found Pejman Gabayan (PJ) from" Hypotec". What amazing experience we had! You don't have to be a professor or " smart guy", he will explain to you everything in details in ( if you need) "baby language ". Also, he will be with you all the way in and after. We went from 4% to 2.6% in mortgage, we also, THANKS to PJ, we skipped the appraisal (which is over $600). Our property taxes went high right by the closing, due to previous owner disability claim..and, PJ is fixed that, just to not affect our mortgage payment! If you need someone to help you to refinance your property PJ is the one you should call!!!!!!

  We needed to refinance our loan, Pejman (aka PJ) Gabayan, the loan officer really helped us out. He would check in on us and also helped us find the information that we need. I so glad that they were able to help us out. I would definitely go through them again.

  Finally our refinance is done 😊 A million thanks to Richatd Khalifa by hypotec who made it possible. A lot of hindrances along the way but he never gave up . It took a little longer as expected , but he gave us a very good deal. I searched mortgage lender through online and saw positive reviews of Richard at Zillow . Thank God that I went ahead and called him. Richard is a blessing to us, reliable, professional and trustworthy.
