  Jillian was so helpful during the entire process of explaining and obtaining a title loan. She really worked with me to ensure I was fully aware of the situation and clarified the many questions I had. If I were to ever be in the situation again to need a title loan I wouldn't hesitate to continue business with southwest title loans, especially with Jillian!

  Overall I was pleased with my experience at the Avondale location. Getting a title loan can be intimidating but the friendly staff walked me through the whole process and made sure I fully understood what I was getting myself into before I signed anything. If I ever need to go get another one I will bring my business back to them. There is something to be said about a lender that is willing to make sure you know what you're doing before they allow you to sign.

  I've heard a lot of negative reviews about title loans in general. They were very informative from the very beginning. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what I was getting into. the staff was friendly and professional. Avondale Office was easy to find. They also have an area for the kids which came in handy to keep my son occupied. Definitely recommend them.

  This is the worst place ever. I've been very patient with them and they are still giving me the run around so I'm about to start doing a lot of complaining to whomever will listen. I paid my loan off on 11/26. Today is 12/12, I've been to the DMV twice and they STILL have not released the lien on my vehicle. I sold the car but since I can't get a title I'm going to have to return their money. You need to return my money or take the lien off of my vehicle. This is RIDICULOUS! It's always the same BS when I go in the office or when I call and I'm sick of it. They can never find my name in their systems, funny they found it to take my payment though. Scams!
