  Great customer service. Even though I walked in 10 minutes before closing they were happy and up beat. I was dead tired and the manager made everything so easy and pleasant. I got the loan I needed with payments that are managable and I won't be paying on the same loan for a ridiculous amount of time.

  Do not do business with this company! They lie about everything and lack integrity, professionalism and courtesy. This is my experience with them- I was in the hospital for an extended amount of time preventing me from paying most of my bills. I was in touch with Angel, Jessica and the branch manager throughout the whole duration of this. They knew that the car was taken from me and that I was in financial hardshio. Even so, they started calling my work business phone. I would return their calls on my cellphone and repeat myself every single call as to what is going on. I finally got the manager on the phone and he was very rude and inconsiderate. I explained to him as I already had several times before that I would pay my loan in full no later than January. 2 months Away. His response was that he was notating my account that I am REFUSING to pay and he is pursuing a lawsuit with attorneys. I told him I am absolutely not refusing and that I am just unable to pay until a later date. He repeated himself that I am refusing, even though I have been in touch with them frequently and tried to work with them. The end of the conversation was he said I am refusing and he is taking legal action. I am incredibly shocked to how these people treat their clients. To ad to this, my loan amount barely was reduced each month even after paying the exceeded amount due monthly. The interest is outrageous. I have family who have used other loan places in AZ and have never had any issues with them. I highly recommend not using this company and definitely do your homework before even considering them.

  This place has the lowest rates around (I compared) and excellent customer service. I recommend them over any of the other title loan companies in the area. They also do registration loans if you are still making payments on your vehicle.

  First time getting a loan and they were awesome! The girl that helped me get my loan was quick and so nice! This place has good customer service, I’d recommend it to anyone trying to get a loan.

  Joe Kulick the branch manager was awesome from the moment I walked in the door! Ver professional and patient! Getting a loan can be embarrassing but joe definitely made me feel comfortable and explain the entire process to me!
