Lacey Hood5Wow! Such a wonderful experience my mother and I have had from the beginning with Oscar opening our Accts yrs ago! Now this big purchase of my mothers whom Tyler was the lender we worked with was a memorable experience! Tyler went above & beyond as my mother searched and he while in meetings away from the bank still corresponded via email of values or estimates and kept us up to date of any absences in between until we finally closed the loan today! Genesis Butler1Worst bank ever. They people who are in charge of the bank don't care about they're customers. They ruined my life with an account I haven't used in years, my mother was using it not me. I lost my home because of this horrible horrible horrible bank and now I am having trouble buying one because of the bank. They need to show they're customers that they care. If the customers on my knew what they had done to me they wouldn't be open. I have a lawyer to sue them so if you are thinking about opening an account please don't, they'll just ruin your lives too.

Benjamin Sawyer1edited response - I apologize I was directly close by the privacy of another persons info at the counter, I didn’t know I was that close and hadn’t thought to myself that at a bank, stuff is more private and didn’t mean to be that close, I do now, but I do not need an employee to yell at me in such an inappropriate manner, she could have smiled and politely asked me to step back and I would have been sorry, but instead she yelled at me gave me a dirty look after I apologized of what I did, I know I maybe a teenager so you don’t trust us much but I do not need to be talked to that way, that was my second time going to the bank, but next time i go I will take a step back from the counter

In reviewing the video, we can see another person was in the teller’s window being waited on and you approached and were directly next to them at the counter. We try to protect our customer’s confidentiality and privacy of their transactions. The teller was asking you to step back to insure the customer’s privacy currently being waited on. We apologize this made you feel we were unfriendly to you; that was certainly not the intention.
