      I bring my mother in law camper to be fixed here as they purchased their camper here. They told her one price on fixing the level jacks fix the level jacks and tell her it will be more without calling her first. Many other communication break downs that I went list.I told them today as I paid for the repairs that we will no longer be doing business with their establishment, the service guy who took my money didn't seem to care whether or not we came back. I feel that they took advantage of my mother in law and customer service was not met. Only reason for a star is for their selection. I am very upset that she didn't get the courtesy that should have happened before charging her double. We are the type of people that will pay what is owed but have the common courtesy to let us know.

      We went there to get our motor home ac fixed and they tore into it then said, oh we don't fix that. We couldn't understand why they even started if they can't take it all the way. And what they did wasn't right according to the fellow that fixed it for us. Correction to the owner- As I recall, they never told us that it wasn't something that they normally don't work on. I specifically asked if they work on basement units. The reply was, yes we do. But nothing was mentioned about diagnosing and doing what they can. They did replace a control board which it needed but it was installed so close to the metal frame that it shorted out and had to be replaced by the next service center. In short, it was almost $500 that was wasted and didnt do us a bit of good. David

      Yvonne, we are truly sorry to you and David that we couldn't repair the air conditioner on your 1996 motorhome. With the basement unit not being a conventional rv style air conditioner we did our very best to troubleshoot the system. Ken communicated early on that this isn't something we typically service and that we could only diagnose or repair it up to a certain point. I'm glad that you were able to find another technician that was versed in residential style HVAC to get your system fixed. We do service motorhomes regularly however there will at times be things that we can't service like residential HVAC or powertrain issues. We do our best to resolve it when we can. Thank you for the opportunity to help you and again we are truly sorry that this one wasn't one we could resolve for you.

      We checked the website and thought they had two of the models we are looking for and drove an hour and a half to get there to be told they had sold them a week ago. We were not pleased and this is the second time their website has not been current. When we said the website needs to be updated, the salesman we spoke too didn't seem bothered too much. I mean, they sold them a week prior! As a followup, the website still shows the sold items in stock almost two weeks later

Unfortunately the systems that update our site inventory have to go through their processes before it removes sold items. At times it takes longer than normal which we agree isn't acceptable. We always encourage everyone to call ahead if they are coming to see specific models or units in stock so your time isn't wasted because we know how valuable it is.       Mid America is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable group in the area. I traveled from Texas to buy from these guys. From the first call, to the final walkthrough I fealt like they cared and wanted my business long term. It's hard to find that in a dealer these days.

      If we could give them a zero we would. It has been non stop issues with this place since we literally signed papers. Between financing, not being upfront with costs, having stuff broken on the TT it’s been a joke, one person saying one thing and the next something different. Their customer service and management is abhorrent. We’ve had our brand new TT less than a year and are getting rid of it already just so we no longer have to deal with this company.
