  As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer to assist me with my first purchase than Cortavious Thomas!! In the past year, I reached out to several lenders and no one could or would assist as my credit situation was not the most favorable! Cortavius called me to obtain several information to get an understanding of my needs. He got me approved in a matter of days! Not only did he get me approved, he got me approved for an amount beyond my expectations!! Overall my rating of satisfaction is high! Any friends or family WILL BE referred!!
