  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Guess on buying our first home! Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and incredibly easy to work with. We were able to speak with him whenever we needed him (nights and weekends included!), as he really puts his clients first and understands the importance of customer service. Our family really felt like he cared about US and what was the right fit for our new family.   We worked with Ryan Guess and my goodness, we are glad we found the right person! The rate is awesome, and the communication is great! I can Ryan anytime when I have a question, even after work. Everything is open and honest, and it only took them about 2 weeks to clear my loan. Instead of feeling we are doing business, we felt that we are being helped by friends. I would personally recommend Ryan to anyone who wants to buy a house in Memphis, 100%. A 5-star should speak for itself.

  Can't say enough good things about working with Ryan on our new mortgage. Ryan worked with us for months all the way from closing on the sale of our previous home through months of house-hunting and unaccepted offers in a low-inventory market, all the way to the closing on our new home. He made sure he kept us well-informed throughout the process without overwhelming us with too many communications. He sought out every possible way to save us money (ways to reduce our interest rate, home buyer grants to apply for, etc.). Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

  My Loan Officer Ryan was simply awesome! He was extremely personable and the process from beginning to end didnt seem like another transaction. It felt as if we were in a partnership and he always had my best interest at the heart of this daunting ordeal of purchasing a home in another state. I absolutely recommend Ryan and his team if you are looking to buy in Tennessee!

  When we thought refinancing wasn't possible, Ryan Guess and Triumph made the process seamless. Not only did they beat our current lenders offer by a significant amount, but Ryan offered outstanding customer service and knowledge through the process. The process was super easy and quick from application to closing. Ryan was always available to answer questions and explain everything without hesitation. A normally intimidating process made easy.

  I had the opportunity to work with Ryan Guess when moving from Memphis to Tampa. Ryan and his team worked doggedly to ensure my mortgage experience was smooth as possible. He called me frequently to make sure I was always up to date on the status of my loan and went through all of my closing costs with a fine-toothed comb, saving me hundreds of dollars I would have missed otherwise. Regardless of where I move in the future, Ryan will always be a key part of my relocation team.

  Ryan and his team made our buying and selling process beyond amazing This was a huge deal for us & super stressful as 2 financing deals were happening at once - but Ryan took the time to work with me and answer every ridiculous question I could think of at any time. He even helped re-educate me on poor mortgage information I had been given previously which in turn saved us a ton of money. Super Cool, defines professional - best in the business. Highly recommend.

  My wife and I moved from Texas to the Memphis area and initially spoke to Ryan Guess when we were house hunting. Well it took over 5 months to find a house and when I called Ryan back up he was ready to go. Since we had to move quick on the house, he got a pre-approval letter and our loan approved ASAP. We closed in less than 30 days. This can only happen when you have a knowledgeable and experienced loan officer like Ryan Guess. He is excellent in his communication skills and communication avenues (cell, txt message, and email). He takes the time to educate you on the process and each line item in the loan. He will get you the best deal. I am glad we had him in our corner thru this process. Don't waste your time with other companies or loan officers, this guy is the real deal.
