  Tiffany Brown went over and above expectations as she guided my wife and I thru the refinance process. Tiffany found us a much lower interest rate saving us thousands of dollars. As small business owners, sometimes the loan process can have its challenges. Tiffany Brown managed to break thru the roadblocks many lenders set up.   I would like to thank Tiffany and her team at Motto Mortgage Summit for the excellent job they did in processing my loan for my dream home. Tiffany was responsive throughout the process, explaining many parts that were unclear to myself. She got me an amazing rate and worked with me as far as planning locks and selecting the best rate for me and my family.   Tiffany is an absolute professional! She knows a great deal about the industry and helpfully educates her clients during what can be a stressful process. She recently helped us through a refinance and was responsive and proactive throughout.
