Cheryl M.1Potential home buyer BEWARE! The VP, Scott Tripp has no clue what he is doing. He took FIVE months closing on my home loan! There were ZERO complications. Credit score was 800+. It was very simple, and the real estate attorney involved was quite perplexed. He did TWO hard pulls which affected my credit score and is still present today. Mr. Tripp failed to respond to calls or emails from all parties. Often times I would have to just 'show up' to get an explanation. It FINALLY took me reaching out to the Regional Manager to get my loan closed. The DM was so irritated himself, that he instructed Mr. Tripp to keep me updated on a daily basis. Just go across the street to Bank of America.

Ashley Hughes1Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been a long time customer and yet when I had a transaction that required the manager we were told he was not in and to come back the following day. The next day we were told that he was going to be in training and we could sit and wait until he was done or he checked his email and saw were she emailed that we were there. We finally had to give up and just go to another bank.
