  I love working with South State Bank. They go out of the way to help you with everything possible. Unlike other banks, it feels like you’re working with actual people, not robots or corporate. When calling them, I’ve never been on hold longer than 3 minutes to reach a person. The checks I deposit are in my account the same day, even if the check is written out for 50k. We have been with them for about 4 years now and never had an issue. Thank you! Highly recommended!

  This is a dynamic bank they are always friendly and are welcoming. I enjoy the experience each time I go there. The tellers and managers are always avaiable eager to assist me with my needs and will fix any discrepancies in a timely manner. I appreciate each of them and will continue to bank with them.

  I have been banking with South State on Pelham Road since 2014. They have a small town bank feel and big bank capacity. The service is second to none. The staff is super friendly and capable. This is one bank where they can still make decisions on their own! Most big banks have a computer program that tells them what they can and cannot do for their clients. Not South State. I want a bank that I can count on and South State is that bank! They are there for their clients, not their bottom line. Kyle, the branch manager, makes me feel as though I am the only client he has and bends over backwards to help me. Trust me when I say, I am nowhere near a million dollar client. Sometimes, I'm not even a one hundred dollar client, but they make me feel like the most affluent client they have! Go see Kyle and open an account. See the difference for yourself. This is the way banking was meant to be!

  This bank has the most Friendly, personable, helpful personal. I recently moved into the area and I call a week later on the phone and they knew my voice immediately. Every time I walk into the bank they address me by my first name. Love this bank.
