      I had the pleasure to work with the manager at this branch at another financial institution years ago. She was always bright, cheerful and ready to help. It was a blessing for me that she is now the manager of this office. I have to conduct business there on a regular basis and it's nice that she is the same "happy to help" person. She is always there when I have a question or sends me to the correct party. She makes banking there enjoyable.

      As a “runner” of a business that banks at this bank now this is by far the worse bank to bank at. I also have banked personally at this bank but closed my accounts and also had a home loan that was sold after one month which was a real pain. Carrie Crawford Moro is the manager at this branch and she has had SEVERAL great people leave under her watch and is very unhelpful. She is going to lose our business for reasons I can’t discuss publicly. I walked into the branch to do a deposit and not one single customer was in the branch. When I walked in she did not welcome me and was not busy just looked my way (rude). She is an unfit leader/manager to lead a team that will succeed in my opinion. I don’t see this branch succeeding under her leadership. Southstate Bank was better before when they were under different leadership. I love Selena, Carina, Vicki. Isabel is now gone :( but I’m telling you the new leadership in that branch has to go. Carrie is a horrible manager and I don’t look forward to her dirty looks when I make a deposit for the business I work for.

      Would rate lower if I could. Lousy customer service. The manager lady basically acted like she was doing me a favor just talking to me. I was looking to switch my business and personal account from Bank of America. Didn’t seem to interested in my business. If she’s and indication of the level of service you get with your company I’ll definitely pass.

      If I could, I would give negative stars. The new manager Carrie is a nightmare. She is rude to customers and her employees. Employees should not be talked to or treated that way. My family and I have banked here for years and now we will all be withdrawing our funds and cancelling our accounts!

      The manager there is never available, the employees try so hard to make up for her short comings. Its a shame when the employees have no one to count on when they need assistance. Karry is the Reason I have taken my account to another bank

      Don't recommend the customer service on this location. The staff on center state bank, North of Sebring is so much respectful and friendlier. Had an incident where the spanish lady made a big deal about masks when the assistant manager didn't even had one on. Also, why would they leave doors unlocked if they didn't wanted customers to go inside.

      I had the privilege of interviewing at this branch recently. The manager and assistant were both very professional and kind.

      Garbage. Vicky is a nasty woman! She has a nasty attitude and she’s playing God with peoples bank account there, when she’s just a teller. This location happens to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with CenterState Bank! Avoid this one at all cost. There’s one in North Sebring with nicer people. I just don’t understand how a bank teller has so much control over your account. Pathetic.

      Tried getting assistance to switch my mother over to a more local branch, however I was not satisfied with the amount of rude individuals working here and couldn't even assist my elderly mother!
