Tyler Stewart2Nice people but if you're a small business like me you'll want to pick a better bank. Giving out loans (small or big) isn't their strong suit and for a small business trying to grow it's a big problem. I've even tried switching a vehicle from my personal to my business and couldn't get the loan. The money is already coming out of the same account I just wanted to put it under the business name. After 4 or 5 failed loan attempts for different things I'm finally searching for another bank so that I can actually grow as a business.

Matthew Elwell5I had an excellent experience with MIDFLORIDA on US highway 27 South Sebring. I replaced my debit card and signed up for a credit card all in under 30 minutes. Thank you to Maria Garza who really made the experience convenient and quick. MIDFLORIDA really did exceed my expectations and I stand by their reputation as a reliable and dependable credit union.

Wil Morris2I really wish they had mobile deposit. I run a small business and it's very inconvenient to have to bring every payment in to deposit. They also nit pick at every check that isn't written exactly perfect. Banking should not be so frustrating.

Gary Moore1Poor and inconsistent customer service...my issue wasn't even resolved by anyone in the branch. The teller I dealt with was polite and did what she could to help me with my issue (no problems there!). She then referred me to a lobby agent, who didn't even bother asking me if I needed assistance in any way after I waited patiently for 20+ minutes. It seemed more like she waited until they were closed before even acknowledging me, which is pretty bad customer service. Definitely not returning to this branch.

Shelby Parsons1Mid florida is a sister shared branch with my bank and will not let me do a single thing with them. I've tried depositing money, cashing checks, and withdrawing from my card and they won't let me. I definitely won't be switching to them when I open a bank account here in florida.

Robinson Rosario2Mid Florida is not the place you want to bank if you are in the process of building credit and starting a credit history later in life. It is very difficult to obtain a loan if you have a poor to fair credit.

Kathy MacLaren Rabatie2Staff not the friendliest, but some branches are better than others. I have a FedEx credit union account, as well as a.Midflorida account at the branch I do business at, yet when I go to the drive-thru, they always tell me I have to go inside. No one has ever been able to explain that to me. Between my husband and me, we have a pretty decent amount of money in this facility, so better treatment would be welcome. We are considering changing banks if we can find one that honors credit unions.

Patricia Berquist5I prefer Credit Unions and Savings and Loans hands down over big Commercial Banks. My Mom was an Assistant Vice President at Mahoning National Bank in Youngstown, Ohio where I grew up. She taught me everything I know about banking, investments even stocks and bonds. MIDFLORIDA Bank does everything like she would have. But I believe she is playing poker somewhere where all my Angels in my life are now. Some call it Heaven, I call it Paradise, and Heaven, of course, also. It is my pleasure to be a customer of your institution.

Kelsie Claypool1I just moved to Sebring From Jacksonville last week. I bank with First Florida and haven’t had a chance to switch anything yet. Came to this bank to deposit a check and get some cash. Went through the drive they. Carmen and Carinda DO NOT know how to make shared branch customers feel welcome. They made me feel like a cockroach in their house. Will not return to this bank and most def will not use them for my new local accounts. It’s not hard to be kind.
