  Went to open a new checking account. Was told I need to make an appointment. I said I'd call in the morning. The representative actually told me the branch never answers their phone!!! Needless to say, I chose to open a checking account at a different bank. I had BOA in Ithaca NY and they didn't answer their phones either. Must be a company culture!

  Bank has been closed for several weeks now. They closed the drive thru several years ago. They want us to use atm machine or go on line. Not a community mind bank. Hate standing in line for service. Sometimes wait is one hour. Either close permanently or give better service. I see the elderly waiting as they have no other options. I am so ready to find a bank that thinks of customers.!!!.

  Rarely open inside, long lines to atm. Have waited an hour inside to use counter person. They are not friendly, never smile. Nothing like my hometown bank.

  The Bank has been closed for on eek with no explanation in sebring FL. They went from having 6banks in highlands County to 1 now it isn't open.

  If you want to go to a bank that acts like you are valued customer, then you need to find another bank. About half of the employees are great and the other half are jerks. And, for no reason! When you get the wrong person you leave wondering what you did to get such rude service.

  I was at the bank today and I had something need to be done ASAP with bank . I was assigned to TAMMY GILLIAN . She was really polite and attentive and I should say really professional.she knew what she was doing and Helped me the Best she can. I thank her. Also want to thank MISS LISA MUSIC the manager for her help also.

  Every time I have to deal with Bank of America, the employees are always so RUDE and SNOOTY like today's teller!!! Who ever heard of a bank NOT accepting cash to deposit into someone's account?!?!?! Ridiculous!!! Bank of America has lousy customer service and I will never ever bank with them!!!!

  Have closed 2 of three banks why not bring some of those employees here most times 1 or 2 tellers. This week I was #22 in line 2 tellers, why they have 4 windows but will not use them. Bad bank.

  I hate bank of America . Closed down the one location so there is now only one, and the damn atm always seems to temporarily not allow cash deposits. How God damn inconvenient. Guess I'll just walk around with 1k in my pocket. Time to switch to a better bank
