  What a pawnshop. Brandi is really rude! Now all that is a lie. Everybody here very professional and I've been doing business with them for years. They have always helped me and always welcomed me. All the workers are amazing..

  the staff are good at getting u the most for ur items but the store is looking like a garage sale not a buisness...the manager brandy is extremely rude and lacks customer skills...she sold us a gun that was reported stolen so we had to deal with that issue on top of loseng the gun and the we paid for it...she is just horeible at her job and will make up policies as she goes...neware when is working u might get screwed also...

  I went into the store today to sell a deep freeze and had the extreme displeasure of meeting Brandy. She was rude, interrupted me, rolled her eyes at me, and treated me like I was absolute scum. She was the worst customer service manager I've ever had to deal with, and that's saying a lot. I will be contacting the company about her. Someone needs to put her through a hospitality training course or something because she is one of the rudest, most dispicable people I've ever had to deal with. I hope the correct people see this and this girl either gets the training she needs or gets fired. People with that trashy of an attitude don't need to be dealing with the public.

  The manager Brandy was extremely rude to my husband and myself and even rolled her eyes at me at one point. Her "customer service skills" are absolutely terribe. She represents the store when she puts that uniform on and she represented the company terribly. I won't be back under any circumstances whatsoever. I wish I would have gotten video of the encounter because she was terrible.

  I’ve been with him for over a year , they I have been very fair and honest and work well with me , Granny is one of the best to deal with but all of the girls and the guys in the shop or fair and honest. I can recommend him to anybody in over all the other pond shops.

  Don’t know if some of the employees are racist or what but they act like they are, when I go to make my payments they don’t greet me at all but do greet other people...like if I was a InvisibleI or something, I have to ask for help and they tell me “it will be a minute” and their not even with no costumer so I feel like they are racist and if they are not then they should learn how to treat costumers in a good manner or don’t work with people at all! I will definitely not come back after I’m done paying what I bought!!!

  Worst place ever it stinks!!!!! The manager BRANDY NAIR is a meth head that steals from there and give her family stuff for cheap. But gets a altitude with other people. Worst place ever!!!! Also her meth head boyfriend comes up there and she gives him things while she on the clock to sell for meth
