  Philip was extremely helpful in clarifying the mortgage process especially for someone like myself who comes from a different country with different terms and processes. He has a team of helpers who deal with the nitty gritty and financial specifics. My only regret was not having knowledge beforehand of how to use 401k funds for the deposit but ultimately after some discussion, it was better tax wise and financially to leave my 401k alone. We are in a stressful time financially, what with inflation, rising loan interest rates and a super-heated housing market, so having Philip and his team's guidance is invaluable. In the end, the process was much easier and dare I say it, less expensive that I imagined it would be.

  This guy is a joke. Beware. Do not do business with him. He does not know what he is doing. A little over a year ago my wife and I were trying to buy a house with him. After we jumped through all the hoops he never did get the deal done. We lost our Ernest money and everything due to his incompetence.
