  Not a good bank for small businesses. The people are nice there, but the people who are in charge do not want help small business accounts. I opened my small business account when it was First Bank and Trust. Since Southside bank took over the attitude of the bank is less personal and more like a big chain bank. After several years of Southside Bank I am moving my account. People in Nacogdoches should try East Texas Professional Credit Union for personal accounts. They actually want your business instead of just allowing you to bank at Southside. I will try to find a different commercial bank.

  Nice location in the middle of town on University Drive. For mortgages Joe Goode has done an exceptional job of listening to my clients likes, dislikes, concerns, and inquires regarding lending. Thankful for the time and energy he puts into each one of his clients.

  This has to be the best bank and customer service ever, I needed to set up a bank account because of going to boot camp in a few weeks and the teller got me in and out in under an hour ❤️ And that is with explaining everything

  Very friendly people. Really frustrating when mobile banking is down alot. Please fix it! Today's family's rely on being able to bank on the go.

  This is a regional bank with several locations. It has great service and friendly staff and you can get your shoes and purses shined here as well while you wait.
