      The worst bank in Nacogdoches hands down. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. Front staff provides very poor (borderline rude) service and displays a significant lack of knowledge of their job. They also advertise services they cannot provide. The one on Main St is not much better either. Not sure how their other locations are. All in all, I will never be coming back again. And I recommend you don’t either.

      Account got an overdraft fee when i didnt ask for those protection fees! Called customer service ROBIN was helpful until i explained my situation telling her that, that extra overdraft was going to take all my check Friday she kept asking me what did I want her to do to help I don’t know because I didn’t know what could be done. Yes I got frustrated because she kept saying the same thing over and over she puts me on hold for 10mins then hangs up on me ! I wish I knew her last name I’d call back

      Horrible place to bank...heavy set girl teller with glasses unintelligent,,uncaring, no sense of urgency. Branch Mgr is weak and allows the dishonest fat girl run the show is unable to stand up to her

      They will steal your money by signing you up for account benefits you did not ask for. I was charged for services I told them I specifically did not want. Very poor customer service. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK.
