They’re about what you’d expect for a small town chain bank. Not enough locations through out the state/country, and you get charged fees for every little thing. The tellers are nice enough, but the fact that my checking account regularly goes negative even though I’ve triple confirmed with them that it shouldn’t be, yet continues to, that’ll leave a bad taste in your mouth to say the least.

They will steal your money by signing you up for account benefits you did not ask for. I was charged for services I told them I specifically did not want. Very poor customer service. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK.
