  Megan was instrumental to help me handle the complicated issues that faced our multi family home buying process this year that just closed today. She went completely above and beyond from all aspects of the process. She met me at every step of the way and navigate the dicey process of asking for credits and arranging tenant move outs, to the ideal result of obtaining our home ready to go. She also handled all the interactions with the local fire marshall and made many trips to the home to make sure everything was being addressed in a timely and proper manner. I cannot recommend Megan enough - she truly is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am extremely grateful for her guidance and support during this particularly tough home purchase!! I've also worked with Jacki Murano multiple times now and she just knows the absolute best properties to alert me to, which resulted now in 3 amazing home purchases.
